DOWNLOADING A PDF READER
While most key documents published at this site are produced in HTML,
some documents are published the in PDF format. To read documents in
the PDF format, a reader such as Adobe Acrobat is required.
The Acrobat Reader is available at no charge from Adobe Systems'
World-Wide Web Site. But because Adobe Systems' site is very busy
at certain times of the day we have arranged it so you can download
the PC or Mac versions direct from this site.
Please choose the version which will run on your system. If your
system is not shown here then you might like to try the Adobe
Systems site.
Acrobat Reader 3.0 for Windows95R

Information
System requirements: At least a 386 processor with 8MB RAM
(16MB Windows NT), 10MB hard disk space, and Microsoft Windows95 (or
NT 3.51 or later). Recommended system levels: PentiumR
level processor, 16MB RAM (24MB Windows NT) and 10MB hard disk space.
Installation: Click on the highlighted link below to download
the programme, save it to a temporary file. Run it and follow the
installation instructions that appear on the screen.

5MB hard disk space, and Microsoft Windows 3.1 or 3.11 or later. Recommended
system levels: Pentium level processor, 16MB RAM, and 12MB hard disk
space.
Installation: Click on the highlighted link below to download
the programme, named ar16e30.exe, save it to a temporary file.
Run ar16e30.exe and follow the installation instructions that appear
on the screen.

Acrobat Reader 3.0 for MacintoshR
Information
System requirements: At least a Macintosh with 68020 or greater
processor or Power Macintosh, 3.5MB of application RAM (5MB RAM Power
Macintosh), and AppleR system software 7.1 or later. Recommended
system levels: 8MB RAM, 12.5MB of hard disk space, and Apple system
software 7.1.2 or later.
Installation: The file format here is MacBinary(".bin") which your
browser should be set up to understand the aplication/x-macbinary
MIME type. Otherwise, You may need to use save functions of your browser
and then unpack the file, ardr30e.bin. Double-click on the
ardr30e.bin installer program icon and follow the installation instructions
that appear on the screen.

Information
Run acrodos.exe and follow the installation instructions which appear
on the screen. The installation procedure will ask you to read and
accept Adobe's Electronic End User License Agreement
