27 June 2000 TREASURY COMMUNICATIONS Michael Ellam, currently head of Debt and Reserves Management in the Treasury, is to take overfrom John Kingman as Head of Communications and Strategy. John has held this role since January 1999. John is moving to be Head
of Productivity and Structural Reform. He will be enlarging the Treasury's
present Productivity Team through recruitment of external secondees
and others, to enhance further its ability to pursue policy projects
taking forward the Government's productivity and structural reform
agenda. These changes will take
place next month. |
