MARKET ABUSE: PRESCRIBED MARKETS AND QUALIFYING INVESTMENTS ORDER

This consultation document seeks views on the proposed order prescribing the markets and the investments to be covered by the market abuse regime set out in Sections 118-131 of the Financial Services and Markets Act (“the Act”).  It follows an earlier consultation document published in June 1999.
