Bulletin number 12 from HM Treasury

This is the twelfth bulletin covering developments on the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).  Previous bulletins can be found on the Treasury Website.

Consultation  

We have published two new consultation documents.

• Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Communications by Actuaries) Regulations 2001.  Responses to consultation are requested by 9 January 2002
• Consultation on measures to implement, by 27 April 2002, the Electronic Money Directive.  Responses to this consultation are requested by 8 January 2002.
