Myners Review of Institutional Investment: Final Report

In the 2000 Budget, the Chancellor asked Paul Myners, chairman of Gartmore Investment Management, to investigate possible distortions in institutional investment decision-making. Mr Myners published his report on 6th March 2001.

This is an important report. The Chancellor will respond in tomorrow's budget and the Government will also publish a separate joint DSS/HMT document on the future of the MFR.
