BANKING SERVICES CONSUMER CODES REVIEW GROUP

The CRG conducted an independent review into self-regulatory codes of practice in the banking services industry.It was set up by the government in November 2000, and was chaired by DeAnne Julius. The group's report was published on 9th July 2001.
